National Advocacy Service Coordinator (part-time)
Rape Crisis Scotland is recruiting a National Advocacy Service Coordinator to be responsible for the operational coordination of Rape Crisis Scotland’s National Advocacy Service.
Hours: 21 per week
Salary: £35,803 (pro rata)
Pension: 8% employers pension contribution
Leave: 43 days, including public holidays (pro rata)
This post is currently funded until 31st March 2026 with an expectation that funding will be available beyond this date.

The National Advocacy Service Coordinator will be responsible for the operational coordination of Rape Crisis Scotland’s National Advocacy Service. This post will involve working closely with the Rape Crisis network and will help to inform broader criminal justice work at Rape Crisis Scotland. The post-holder will also line-manage the RCS Advocacy Team Leader.
