Access Support every day between 6pm and midnight

Our helpline offers free and confidential support and information by phone, email and text. We offer support to anyone aged 13 and over, of any gender, affected by any form of sexual violence, no matter when or how it happened. We support survivors, as well as family, friends and supporters. We can also put you in touch with local rape crisis centres or other services if you need longer-term support. We can arrange for free language interpreters, including British Sign Language, to access support if your first language is not English.
