Chief Executive Officer (CEO): The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre, Perth & Kinross

The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre, Perth & Kinross (RASAC P&K) is hiring its next Chief Executive Officer. 

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £50,086 per annum

Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to become Chief Executive Officer at The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre, Perth & Kinross (RASAC P&K). The centre is looking for a dedicated and skilled CEO to lead RASAC P&K’s skilled and dynamic team and work collaboratively with its Board of Directors to deliver the organisation’s strategic plan and objectives.

The role requires an experienced and effective leader, with the ability to lead across both the strategic and operational work of the organisation. You will have a clear understanding of and commitment to trauma-informed, feminist management and leadership and be a person with enthusiasm, determination and vision.

As CEO you must be an experienced manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a track record in strategic planning, people management, fundraising and charity finance management. You will be able to provide a strong visible presence to statutory partners as well as all stakeholders, engendering trust and confidence and giving clarity to our vision and mission.
