Scottish Borders Rape Crisis seeks trustees
Supporting Female Survivors of Sexual Violence

Since 2010 SBRCC has provided emotional and practical support to more than 600 women and girls who have experienced rape or sexual violence.
The Centre is run for women by women.
SBRCC also works with young people to ensure they have access to a safe
space and sound information to help them develop the skills to negotiate
consent and healthy sexual relationships.
We have vacancies now for volunteer trustees. Trustees are responsible
for making sure that SBRCC develops the services to meet the needs of
survivors. They ensure that SBRCC’s resources are managed effectively
and used for the proper purposes.
The Board of Trustees meets 10 times each year. If you are a woman over
16 from any background, from anywhere in the Scottish Borders, would like
to work with and for other women and can spare a few hours a month, why
