Advocacy Worker for the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre
Rape Crisis Scotland seeks to recruit an Advocacy Worker for the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre (SWRC).
The SWRC is a unique collaborative project between Rape Crisis Scotland, JustRight Scotland and the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic offering legal and advocacy services to women survivors of gender based violence in Scotland. The SWRC strives to fill the gaps that exist between women’s experiences of gender based violence and their ability to access justice
Advocacy Worker (35 hours per week)
AP5.1: £28,268 / 8% employers pension contribution
Funded by the Scottish Government until March 2019 with indicative funding until March 2020 subject to the annual enactment of the Budget (Scotland) Bill.
