Use of character evidence and sensitive information in sexual crime court cases
Rape Crisis Scotland is looking for feedback on the kind of evidence being used in sexual crime cases.
If you have been a victim of a sexual crime and the case went to court we would like to hear from you. You can see our survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QKPLHZV.
We are looking at what is currently happening and whether the system can be improved.
Any information you give us is helpful and will help inform our work and the work we do with other agencies which are part of the criminal justice system.
All information is anonymous. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes. If there is anything you don't know or don't feel comfortable answering please just skip it.
Remember if you are looking for support our freephone helpline is open every day 6pm-midnight on 08088 01 03 02 and we have email support on support@rapecrisisscotland.org.uk
