If you wish to make a complaint or offer some feedback, please get in touch with us.

How to get in touch:

If you want to write to us, you can address your correspondence to the Chief Executive, Rape Crisis Scotland, 1st floor, 10 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LU.

If your complaint relates to the helpline, please address it to the Helpline Manager.

Please make the details of your complaint as clear as possible, and mark your correspondence Private and confidential.

You will receive written acknowledgement within 4 working days of the complaint along with a copy of the Complaint and Feedback Policy.

If you want to call us with your complaint, you can get in touch on 0141 331 4180. A staff member, with your agreement, will complete the complaints form. This will be passed to the appropriate line manager or Director.
