In July we reported that the Scottish Executive had published its Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Bill (see July news for details).

This month Rape Crisis Scotland joined with the Commission for Racial Equality Scotland and the Equality Network in making a joint submission on the Bill to the Parliament's Justice 2 Committee.
