Children 1st (formerly the Royal Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children) supports families under stress, protects  children from harm and neglect, helps them recover from abuse and promotes children's rights and interests. Glasgow Violence Against Women Partnership

A multi-agency response to violence against women. The aim is to prevent male violence, to increase protection and improve the provision of services for women and children from male violence. The website has help, information and support for anyone affected by male violence, including domestic abuse, rape and sexual assault, child sexual abuse, stalking and prostitution.

Scottish Victims of Crime

Scottish Women’s Aid

The national office for the network of 40 local Women's Aid groups in Scotland. The groups offer a unique service to women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse - refuge, information and support. Nationally Scottish Women's Aid campaigns to increase awareness about domestic abuse, provides training, supports the local groups, helps to establish new groups where there is no provision at present and lobbys to improve relevant legislation.
