Central Scotland Rape Crisis & Sexual Abuse Centre
CSRC&SAC provides a free and confidential service of emotional support and practical information on legal and medical issues to anyone who has experienced rape, sexual assault and child sexual abuse. Support can be either long or short-term and is offered by telephone, letter, email or face to face and includes support for family and friends.
CIS'ters
CIS'ters is a self-help group for adult women who were sexually abused as children by a member of their immediate or extended family. The CIS stands for childhood incest survivors. Our definition of incest is NOT limited to blood relative. We provide group meetings (in Hampshire); survivor workshops including a residential workshop; a quarterly newsletter; and host regular training seminars/conferences for both survivors and also professional training events. The focus within CIS'ters is to empower survivors and inform workers across all sectors. CIS'ters is run by survivors, for survivors.

The Lighthouse Sanctuary
The Lighthouse Sanctuary aims to provide a safe, informative and supportive environment for survivors of abuse.
The website seeks to provide survivors of abuse and their families/partners with information and resources for support. To provide people with a better understanding of the emotional, physical and mental trauma of living and surviving abuse.
