There are local rape crisis centres across Scotland. They are free and confidential. Although not every area has a centre, you can contact any of them for help and advice. Some centres offer outreach – that is they travel to other towns and villages in an area. All centres are independent and their services vary. You can phone, write or email.

Rape Crisis Scotland is currently working closely with the Scottish Government & local partners to establish a new rape crisis service for Central Scotland.
